These Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase and use of products from footyfont.com (“Footy Font”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
All products are digital files (fonts in OTF/TTF format and vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, CDR and PNG), delivered as a ZIP download. No physical item is shipped. Product images show the included characters and formats; please check them before buying.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers (such as PayPal). Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
3. Delivery
After payment you get instant access to your download on the confirmation page, by email, and in your account. If you have a problem downloading, contact us with your order number and we will help.
4. License – how you may use the files
When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files. You may:
- Install the font on your own computers and use it in your design projects.
- Use the font and vectors to print names and numbers on jerseys and similar items, for yourself or for your customers.
You may not:
- Resell, share, give away, upload or distribute the font or vector files themselves (alone or in bundles), in original or modified form.
- Claim the files as your own creation.
5. Trademarks and club names
Club names, competition names, crests and logos mentioned or shown on this site belong to their respective owners. Footy Font is an independent design studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any club, league, federation or kit manufacturer. Names are used only to describe the style of each font. You are responsible for making sure your own use of any trademarks, crests or logos complies with the law in your country.
6. Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final, as explained in our Instant Download & Refund Policy. If a file is faulty or missing, contact us and we will fix it or replace it.
7. Liability
Files are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
